Tell Us About a Hero:  I follow an officer on Instagram and he lives in Arkansa. He goes around the neighborhood and shows the kids cops should care and that you shouldn’t be afraid of them. Tell Us About a Hero:  Ron K. is an 11th grade ELA teacher at a local high school and adjunct English professor at nearby Utica College. He also is president of the Westmoreland Historical Society and creates events that celebrate the town's rich local history, like a show and tell, a Flag Day celebration and welcomes everyone to contribute, attend and participate. It is one of the things that helps us remember why this community is such a great place to live. His latest multi-part article is a filled with the real stories of personal experiences with locals from our town who have had COVID-19 and how is has affected their families and their lives.
