Our business is special because we make all of our own freshly baked artisan buns, and rolls here at Kraken Cafe. We innovate the community to believe in having a higher form of standard, and quality in food from a food truck. We have been open three years, and through the struggle of becoming noticed within society we have now become a staple within the community. From our use of unique flavors, and food pairings to the items on our gourmet breakfast and brunch menu. Having been blessed with the ability to have obtained so many fans within the brew district here in Las Vegas has been an amazing experience. By using social media Kraken Cafe has become a hot commodity within the community not only do customers recognize our brand, but they love our product. Just being able to say that people line up around the block is a blessing when kraken Cafe rolls out new menu items brings a smile to our faces. |

The prices at kraken Cafe are more than reasonable in Las Vegas when you come from looking at trucks in LA. The prices of food in Las Vegas can be very cheap the thing that makes Kraken Cafe great is the fact our menu is a full meal. You get fries with every custom burger, and a great deal of love in the flavor components in the food. Our customers love to feel like they are getting a deal which is why nothing is a la carte on our truck. |

Our favorite is the Umami burger - it has port wine reduction, a fried egg, cheese, short ribs, skirt steak, a burger patty, lettuce , tomato, and dijonaise. All the items off Kraken Cafe are this glamourous which is why our custom menu stands out to the public . |
